Distance Selling Agreement
1. Parties This Agreement is entered into between Custom Desk Plates (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the person or entity purchasing products via the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
2. Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the Handcrafted Crystal Glass Desk Nameplate (the “Product”) ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website. The specifications and pricing of the Product are as selected by the Buyer during the design process.
3. Order and Production
- All products are personalized and handcrafted.
- The Seller shall complete the production and prepare the product for shipment within 3 business days following the order confirmation.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- The Seller ships worldwide (including USA and Europe).
- The estimated maximum delivery time for international orders is 14 business days from the date of shipment.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures in the destination country.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For all international shipments, the Buyer is the importer of record.
- Any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
- The Buyer agrees to pay these fees to the local authorities to receive their package.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- As per international consumer law and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal needs or explicitly personalized.
- Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged during transit (subject to the terms in our Return & Refund Policy).
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Courts and Execution Offices of Ankara, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
